Kitchenality was founded in 2018 by Tracy Mackey, who brought over 40 years of industry experience to her own showroom vision. Tucked inside the iconic Arighi Bianchi store in Macclesfield, we've grown into a close-knit team known for delivering exceptional fitted furniture designs. We have just finished a kitchen/dining extension, complete with a beautiful Callerton kitchen from Kitchenality. It's the first new kitchen I've had and the experience of working with Tracey and Casey at Kitchenality has been brilliant. What stands Kitchenality apart is the consistent level of customer service throughout the process - from the first meeting 9 months ago to working through the (very minor) snaggling list now. The quality of the kitchen and kitchen fitter (Stephen is great!) really is worth the investment and I wouldn't think twice about going straight to Kitchenality if I ever have another new kitchen! From the moment we met Tracy she seemed to know exactly what we wanted even before we did. Now we just love spending time cooking, eating and just generally being in our kitchen. From my very first interaction through to completion, the team at Kitchenality were a delight to work with. As this was my first kitchen renovation, I didn’t know where to start or have many layout ideas, but their designs were brilliantly thought through, with clear explanations of what would work and what wouldn’t (refreshing compared to my experience with some high-street brands). Once I agreed the layout, Kitchenality managed everything end-to-end. They turned around initial plans for my builder within a week and continued to communicate and partner directly with the builders throughout which made the whole process effortless for me.
All the team, Casey, Jasmin, Tracy, and Ian (the fitter), were fantastic. Every part of their service felt personal, and they genuinely cared as much as I did. The quality of installation was excellent. I was also pleasantly surprised by how competitive their pricing was against high-street brands.
