When it comes to Kitchen design, we obviously like to keep our finger on the pulse. And following on from the theme of last weeks blog, showcasing the concrete industrial look, this week we’ve designed a bang on ‘dark & moody’ scheme.

Dark moody colours, and an industrial look, are very ‘in’ at the moment and we felt that these lovely deep grey cabinets, set off by the contrasting wooden units, really worked.

We’ve used Dekton worktops in this design which are highly scratch and heat resistant, and really add to the industrial feel. And the contrasting wooden wall units and breakfast bar add real depth to the kitchen, with the breakfast bar appearing to be sunk into the island, creating a feature seating area.

Finally the use of black grip rails helps give the appearance of floating worktops, while using the right pendant lighting and other accessories, such as bar stools, help to tie everything together.
